Job Duties: 1. To manage portfolios of mainland corporates globally. Able to identify bankable business opportunities, liaise with product partners to ensure clients banking needs are satisfactorily fulfilled. 2. To deliver the agreed growth and financial targets for Global Banking products and services from the team. 3. Aggressively grow THIS BANK share of client wallet involving product specialists to ensure product capabilities are in line with client/sector requirements.4. Develop THIS BANK access to CFO/treasurer level of client base. 5. Strengthen THIS BANK presence in the target client sector by providing clients with a compelling service proposition based on professional relationship management and outstanding customer service. 6. Maintain a high profile in industry associations and Professional bodies to maximize industry exposure for the bank. 7. Continually develop industry knowledge and keep up to date with market developments, mainly with respect to industries that North team covered. 8. Promote the same industrial knowledge among the junior team members. 9. Combine client relationship management and industry knowledge with strong risk assessment capabilities to ensure strong credit quality and adequate return on risk. 10. Comply with all levels internal compliance requirements, external regulations and statutes within the sector and region in day-to-day operations. Ensure good quality lending and safeguards the bank from potential loss due to non-compliance with local regulations/procedures.
Job Requirements: 1. Bachelor degree or above. 2. At least 5 years experience as RM of coverage banking (covering either MNC or SOE). 3. Good written and spoken English skills. 4. Ability to work across a number of cultures and geographic areas is essential. 5. Teamwork skills and leadership skills are important. 6. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with adequate confidence to deal with senior management of large corporates.
