任职要求/岗位职责

职位描述:
Responsibilities / Tasks: 1. Responsible for ensuring timely, complete and accurate processing of FCY 2. Responsible for inward/outward payment and related regulatory report 3. Validates, monitors & measures the efficiency and effectiveness of end-to-end Operations processes4. Applies GBS and Business strategies and objectives across product and business lines within all internal and external policies/guidelines and requirements of the regulators and to agreed SLAs, KRIs and/or KPIs5. Attend the FCY processing/regulatory report related project, analysis the requirement, raise the system enhancement request if need.6. Where appropriate, builds and maintains relationships with front office clients to provide a point of contact within the GBS functional team for time critical, complex or regulated tasks in particular Informs product / function development to ensure a superior offering in the face of changing client needs and market trends, acting in an Subject Matter Expert (SME) capacity7. Ensures the escalation of operational, regulatory and other risks to the COO and Organization Leadership functions; responsible for directing the development and implementation of mitigation or control solutions within own area of responsibility8. Informs the design and implementation of strategies to ensure continuous process improvement and partners with the GBS COO and Change functions to scope and define change projects to deliver process and performance improvement9. Manages delivery of service operations to agreed budgetary targets; provides financial management information and reports to Operations Manager and Function / Product Heads as appropriate10. Validates, monitors & measures the efficiency and effectiveness of own end-to-end Operations processes 11. Provides direction, oversight, advice and guidance to direct reports and functional teams within own area of responsibility to create and foster an environment of continuous improvement

Coaches direct reports and others in the organization, as appropriate2. Actively supports the GTO strategy, plans and values, contributing to the achievement of a high performance culture3. Takes ownership for own career management, seeking opportunities for continuous development of personal capability and improved performance contribution4. Acts as a role model for new employees, providing help and support to facilitate early integration and assimilation of their new environment5. Supports tough people decisions to ensure people performance is aligned with organization imperatives and needs. Addresses individual performance issues, where necessary, to drive for high performance
SELECTION CRITERIA 1. University Degree2. 8-10 years relevant experience in a similar field3. Be familiar with PBOC/SAFE regulations for foreign exchange business and RMB X-border business4. Expert-level analytical skills, flexible regarding production problem solving5. Excellent communication skills, fluent in English and local language (written/verbal)6. Excellent team leader, able to work in virtual global teams and a matrix organization7. Ability to work in fast paced environment, keep pace with technical innovation and maintain a broad understanding of the GBS offering, to focus and prioritize in high-pressure environment8. Open minded, able to share information, knowledge and expertise with peers & team members, confident and a team player9. Experience in managing system outages and follow-up actions from an Operations perspective
