职位描述:
岗位目标:
负责收单业务的商户退款补划、账务查询、商户调账、银联差错查复处理工作。
岗位职责:
(1)形成每日清算报表,并跟进处理退单、账务处理等后续事项,确保资金结算及时、正确;
(2)负责商户对账工作、调账工作,确保数据准确、及时完成;
(3)进行各类业务的应收实收、应付实付数据统计,形成每日资金平衡表;
(4)负责异常交易信息处理,差错争议处理工作;
(5)登记收付款台账,及时与财务部门对账,分析收付款情况;
(6)负责商户、分支机构的交易、账务查询工作;
(7)及时准确完成上级领导交办的各项任务。
任职要求:
(1)本科及以上学历,统计学、数理分析、经济学等专业;
(2)1年以上工作经验,具备金融机构、第三方支付相关经验优先。
