职位描述:
Essential purpose of the position:
Responsible for the payment and compliance checking for business lines.

Main responsibilities:
- To execute on the different payment systems (CNAPS, SWIFT) and to book in the core-banking system all payment operations:
ointernal direct debits
ointernal transfers with or without conversion
ooutward domestic transfers (within or cross-city)
ooutward international transfers
ocross-border RMB business
ofx spot and forward transactions
obills remittances (cheques, drafts, promissory notes)
obills preparation and presentation to the clearing house
otrade finance support
osettlement follow-up (rejection, reconciliation)
oinward domestic transfer processing (checking, rejection, booking)
oinward international transfer processing (checking, rejection, booking)
oinward bills processing (checking, rejection, booking)
oStand by order processing
oMultiple transfer processing
- To ensure the proper treasury management, in collaboration with the treasury department, for all operations
oExplicit funding for big amounts, implicit funding for standard operations
oNostro Intraday position reporting to the centralized treasury before cut-off and execution of the operations coming from the treasury for position squaring
- To assist the Risk division for the commitment portfolio provisioning
- To apply the Risk downgrading/upgrading decisions on commitments portfolio and related booking
- To process the proper approval and reporting into the different legacy system (SAFE, PBOC, CBRC)
- To apply the AML policy and the management of the alerts
- To process the proper internal reporting
- To back up other team members
- To assist team leader on management
