职位描述:
与公司保修团队一起，授理经销商保修业务申请，分析保修数据，做出保修决定，控制保修流程，提升保修业绩。.
主要职责:
? 管理汽车保修业务，接收经销商提出的保修申请，分析保修申请的有效性，做出保修决定；
? 处理保修结算与付款业务；
? 协助保修经理完善保修审计流程，实施保修审计；
? 协助保修经理完成对保修数据的分析;
? 协助保修经理完成对保修流程、保修系统的改善；
? 向经销商提供日常保修流程、保修系统业务支持;
技能要求:
? 熟悉汽车行业售后保修业务流程
? 了解汽车维修技术，拥有不少于5年的车间维修工作经验 (有INFINITI或JLR经验的优先)
? 善于分析与沟通
? 基本的英语能力
? 熟练使用Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access
