职位描述:
Fundamental Components & Physical Requirements:
? Provide Underwriting support and co-ordinate the Underwriting functions for individual and group policies
? Underwrite international health insurance business within the agreed underwriting requirements to ensure the profitability of the account and to meet the reporting requirements of the binding authority agreements
? Assist the business development team to attract new business and retain existing business
? Assist in devising and documenting appropriate underwriting practices and to comment/sign off on policy wordings and other documentation. Contribute to the design of new healthcare products. Monitor their effectiveness and amend as necessary.
? Analyze and report on the underwriting performance of the business and make recommendations to achieve/ maintain profitability
? Keep up-to-date with changes in the law or the requirements of any regulatory body that may affect the conduct of the business. Recommend changes as necessary
? Monitor and report on the performance and decision making of any third party suppliers that may affect underwriting performance
? Maintain an awareness of the market place in general and competitor activity, products and pricing in particular

Background/Experience Desired:
? 3 years in international health insurance underwriting experience
? Proven track record of co-ordinating common practices, processes and templates across an internal structure.
? Proven track record of co-ordinating the review and presentation of product and rating changes to brokers/ insurers.
? Experience of presentations to senior executives, brokers, insurers, etc.
? Excellent presentation skills
? Fluent in written & spoken English & Chinese

Educational Requirements:
? Degree or equivalent experience
