职位描述:1、负责”高傅财富俱乐部”高净值客户的开发工作:基于公司营销支持,找到公司需要的客户,向客户传递本公司一对一顾问式的专业理财服务和理念, 促成客户对本公司及其服务的认可;
2、了解和挖掘客户理财需求,向客户传达量身定制全面完整的理财规划报告,包括现金流管理, 资产配置, 投资策略制定, 保险保障, 退休养老计划, 子女教育规划, 事业遗产传承等理念;3、在与客户深入沟通达成共识的基础上协助理财规划师选择适合的金融产品对理财规划加以实施;4、基于公司研究和服务平台的支持,协助理财规划师为客户提供长期持续的理财服务,包括客户资产变化跟踪、资产配置调整建议、金融产品调整建议、金融理财资讯分享、俱乐部会员活动等提升客户满意度和忠诚度;岗位要求:1、男女不限,年龄在20—30岁之间,如条件,可适当放宽。2、金融、经济、财经类或市场营销等相关专业本科(含)以上学历;具有一定的金融专业知识;
3、形象气质佳, 具备良好的沟通能力、较强的客户异议解决能力和销售促成能力;
4、一年以上客户服务经验,具备高端客户资源, 有金融行业从业经验或金融产品营销经验者优先;
5、具备较强的自律性、执行贯彻能力和团队协作精神,对工作诚信、勤奋、有责任心,乐于接受挑战,能够承受一定的压力,有创业者的斗志和热情;
6、具有很好的客户服务意识,曾任或现任私人银行客户经理、理财公司客户经理、证券公司经纪人、保险代理人、高端房地产销售,高端俱乐部营销等职位者优先考虑;7、拥有一定的高端人脉资源优先考虑;8、应聘者请在简历中附近期照片。Job Responsibilities1. Develop High-Net-Worth customer relationships, convey and sell the philosophy and methodology of independent consultancy-based financial advisory services.2. Follow the six-step personal financial planning process, develop comprehensive and personalized financial plan tailored to each customers specific situation and goals; Provide needs–based financial planning services on various personal financial issues, including investment planning, risk management and insurance planning, cash flow management, loan/liability financing, education planning, retirement planning, estate planning and business succession planning;3. Based on customers ' needs and risk profile, assist financial planners to advise a wide range of financial products including open-ended and close-ended funds, insurance, trust, PE, etc.. 4. Being supported by Gao Fu’s Research Team and IT platform, assist financial planners to provide continuous high-quality wealth management services, including asset allocation advisory and rebalance, financial products selection and adjustment, financial market information sharing, value-added club activities, etc.Job Profile and Description1. At least a Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, accounts, marketing & sales or an equivalent degree;2. Good looking and decent appearance, strong communication and interpersonal skills, good selling skills and influencing power.3. At least 1-year experience in customer relationship management, financial services or financial product sales is preferred. Good networking with high-net-worth individuals is highly expected4. Self-disciplined, result-oriented, and good team-player; can perform under pressure, willing to take challenges and has entrepreneurs spirit.5. Familiar with varied financial products; certificates on funds, securities, financial planning, and / or insurance are preferred. 6. Experience as private banker, security agent, financial planner, customer relationship manager of trust companies or similar position is preferred.7. CFP、ChFP、RFP、or AFP or other professional qualification is preferred.8. Recent photo is required for application.
