职位描述:
Job Summary:

- Recommendation for pricing strategy which is in line with company’s requirement, and communicating with the impact on product development with channels effectively.
- Coordination pricing related activities, including product preliminary pricing, product feasibility analysis, final pricing, communication with channel in product development, communication with RO for product approval and support for product implementation.
- Pricing team management and resource allocation, to ensure team work effectively.
- Updating pricing methodology and assumptions timely based on investment environment and company requirements, and evaluate the impact on existing products profitability.
- Perform regular product profitability management report such as DBR, NBEV,etc
- Talents developing in pricing and business sense
- Communicate products ' reinsurance arrangement with relevant parties including HO/Regional
- Supervise/establish group quotation procedure for daily group quotation practice
- Review group experience study and various group actuarial related reporting including group business planning

Principle Accountabilities:

1. New products pricing and products re-pricing for all channels, based on annual product plan and channel’s requests.
2. Product strategy supporting and communicating with channel about company’s pricing strategy effectively.
3. Annual product review and related reports for management team and regional office, to support business strategy and decision-making, based on updated pricing methodology and assumptions
4. Be responsible for pricing and actuarial part in product business rationale and product template, and communicate with regional office actuaries for product approval.
5. Pricing team managing and work allocation.
6. Developing talents for actuarial department, by coaching and mentoring pricing team members in actuarial and product knowledge.
7. Pricing assumption proposal to Chief Actuary and RO, based on experience study result and company pricing strategy.
8. Evaluate compensation scheme & expense control.
9. Be responsible for actuarial support for product development, including product system data, CIRC filing, and provisions and so on.
10.Negotiate reinsurance treaty for all products to ensure risks are properly ceded and financially sound
11. Set up group quotation procedure and model with proper internal control
12. Review group business experience study and ensure group quotation model updated timely with new experience results
13. Review monthly group Matrix report
14. Establish successor plan to mitigate turn over risk
15. Other jobs assigned by Chief Actuary

Other Requirements:
- Sophisticated actuarial acknowledgement on pricing and product development. A qualified actuary with at least 7 years total experience in actuarial or product development function. FSA or equivalent actuarial designation.
