Job Responsibilities:
工作职责：

1) Assist the manager to accomplish the goals, targets, budgets as set in the business plans
协助经理完成商务计划中设定的各项目标、任务和预算。
2) Conduct on-going product portfolio analysis to maintain product loss ratios at agreed levels
不断进行产品组合分析，使产品赔付率保持在预期水平。3) Work with sales & marketing, underwriting and other units for product development and maintenance与销售市场部，承保部以及其他相关部门配合做好产品开发和维护的工作4) Test and maintain Accident & Health data structure on a regular (e.g. monthly) basis and keep communicating with counterparts
定期测试和维护意外健康险的数据结构，并定期与合作伙伴进行沟通。
5) Assist Actuary on product pricing, data analysis, reinsurance, and financial reporting
协助精算师进行产品定价、数据分析、再保安排和财务报告。
6) Identify operational risks through experience study and find out areas where actuarial can make enhancements and improve possibility for those areas
通过经验分析识别运营风险，并找出在哪些方面可以通过精算改善风险状况。7) Timely update pricing and valuation bases according to the change of environment根据环境变化及时更新定价和评估的基础
8) Participate in projects/assignments and prepare statistics/reports as assigned
参与项目/任务，根据指派任务准备统计数据/报告。
9) Maintain good working relationship with counterpart and internal colleagues
与合作伙伴及同事建立良好的工作关系。
Candidate Specification:
岗位要求：

? University graduate plus at least 1-2 years professional experience with Actuarial background, insurance products pricing especially Accident & Health, and related experience in life insurance will be a favorable factor.
大学本科以上学历，至少有1～2年精算或产品定价等方面的专业经验。有相关寿险工作经验者也会优先考虑。
? Previous experience with insurance and financial institutes preferred
具有保险或金融机构工作经验者优先。
? Possess good business acumen Accident & Health insurance
良好的意外健康险业务知识。
? Solid PC skills including aptitude with Microsoft applications
熟练的计算机应用技能
? Either Chinese qualified actuary or CAS/SOA. Both will be a PLUS
通过中国的精算师资格考试或CAS/SOA考试，以上均通过者优先。
? Must be a team player
必须具有团队协作精神。
? Integrity, Responsible
诚实、负责。
? Good communication skill, well master of Chinese and English
良好的沟通技能，熟练掌握中、英文。
