任职要求/岗位职责

岗位职责：1. 熟悉房地产市场的行情与现状，能够分析研究房地产行业发展趋势；2. 具有良好的专业知识，熟悉房地产市场及物业领域知识；3. 能够完成各种地产类型的市场调研工作及评估工作，撰写房地产及相关行业的分析及估价报告；4. 组织项目前期市场调研工作的开展，能够指导团队成员完成工作；5. 协助董事负责完成项目质量和准确性控制，并完成部门存档和数据库系统的建设和更新工作；6. 协助董事维护同公司有关系的客户之间的关系，并开发新的客户；7. 完成董事或者资深管理层下达的其他任务；岗位要求：1. 大学本科以上学历，房地产、土木工程、建筑、经济学或相关专业；2. 至少八年以上房地产评估工作经验，有房地产上市评估、信托基金评估、资产评估、市场/调研领域相关的工作经验者优先考虑；3. 中英文流利，能够撰写英文报告；4. 熟悉房地产市场，精通房地产评估专业知识，具有RICS专业资质或中国房地产估价师/土地估价师/资产评估师资质者优先考虑；5. 具有较强的统计分析能力，熟练使用office办公软件；6. 有良好的沟通能力和独立工作的能力，讲求效率；7. 具备较高的综合素质、独立处理事务的能力以及较强的团队合作精神；8. 责任心强，能够承受高负荷的工作压力，适应加班；9. 接受经常国内出差的工作需要；Key Accountabilities:1. Support HOD in developing valuation project opportunities across China;2. Project management and / or proposal preparation and management from conception to completion of deliverables and project closing; 3. Enhance the market reputation of Colliers by optimising response strategies, elevating the quality of report deliverables; 4. Lead the team to deliver high value added valuation services to clients, achieve business objectives and maximise the profitability of the team; 5. To participate in valuation and surveying projects and to prepare necessary reports with absolute high accuracy; 6. To conduct site visits in all China provinces and to collect data for preparation of valuation and advisory projects;7. To ensure compliance of ISO standards;8. To retain existing clients and maintain good client relationships; Requirements & Qualifications:1. University degree in Real Estate, Economic or related disciplines;2. At least 8 years ' relevant valuation and consultancy experience with experience in pre-IPO, IPO, REITs, and relevant market study/research is an advantage;3. RICS qualification or other related professional qualification such as CREA, CREV and CPV is an advantage;4. Abundant knowledge / experience in China’s real estate market;5. Excellent writing and communication skills (Both Mandarin and English);6. Detail-minded and independent;7. Able to work under continuous pressure, tight schedule and unpredicted volume of work;8. Willing to travel and to work long hours;9. Proficiency in Word / Excel / PowerPoint.
