任职要求/岗位职责

职位职能: 客服专员/助理(非技术)
职位描述:

SCOPE OF ROLE:
To assist CSM manage the daily branch operations and services.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/CHALLENGES:
1.Learn and understand all relevant regulations and internal Risk & Compliance policies and procedures.
2.Responsible for identifying and managing compliance risks. Ensure compliance with SCB group policy, local regulatory requirement, information circular and laid down procedures.
3.To comply with respective Money Laundering Prevention Procedures and be alert at all times to unusual or possibly suspicious customer activity, and should report any suspicious activity to the respective Unit Money Laundering Prevention Officer and line manager as well as directly to the Country MLPO in urgent or exceptional circumstances.
4.To ensure the services to both internal and external customers is maintained at a consistently high level and within mandated quality standards.
5.With monitoring of processing flow and system behaviors, to maximize usage on resources and ensure potential risks are covered by appropriate control procedures as well as its implementation during process.
6.Continuously improve efficiency and maximize productivity via workflow / system enhancement and trainings, backup system management.
7.To assist regional branch operations support team for new systems / products / services successful implementation and ensure processing procedures are in place and embedded in processing.
8.Ensure timeliness of managing customer’s complaint.
9.Ensure branch related cash, suspense, sundry, nostro and memo accounts etc. reconciled.
10.Assist CSM to ensure team awareness of all relevant regulations and internal Risk & Compliance policies and procedures.
11.Assist CSM to enforce policy and procedures in breaches and potential breaches.
12.To assist business achieve budget and target, being actively involved in new product/services implementation, system upgrading / enhancement and customer related activities.

SELECTION CRITERIA:
1.A university degree preferably in Business/Banking/Accounting or related discipline, and with 2-3 years of related banking experience
2.Solid knowledge of bank products, services, procedures, and regulations, equities markets, unit trusts and other personal investment services
3.Team player who shows initiative and assertiveness
4.Self-motivator who is keen to upgrade, improve personal knowledge and skills to meet job requirements
5.Good command of both spoken and written English and Mandarin.
