任职要求/岗位职责

提高和加大银行中间业务的比重，提升银行在融资顾问、并购顾问、咨询、存款等方面的收入；
协助总监开发并执行银行在结构性融资、跨境融资、上市前融资、人民币跨境结算方面的策略；
加强银行的客户基础并在大中型的客户上有较大的突破；
领导项目小组在既定的项目和领域内完成银行的销售目标；
对潜在业务进行评估、展开尽职调查和可行性研究报告、完成综合的信贷风险分析、构建银行能接受的贷款结构、准备信贷报告以及协助企业银行部总监向信贷委员会和风险审批人进行信贷报告陈述；
授权获批后，负责与客户、律师和内部相关部门协调处理贷款文档的起草和执行，并负责审核放款先决条件的完备性；
做好已有贷款的检查和监控工作，掌握客户的新情况。
